Ok so everything went GREAT this morning. The kids were so excited about finding the trap and finding the leprechaun's note. Here is a picture of our trap with our note to the leprechauns. :)
Here is the gold and the note. They had so much fun! I had so much fun... but I'm ready for some quiet. :)
Did you make the little scene and have it set up when they came in? Where did you get the hat, and can I ask where you hid it?
ReplyDeleteI made the little scene last week and we talked about the trap and how we would try to catch a leprechaun on St. Patrick's day.
ReplyDeleteThe hat, I made last night out of felt (hot glued). I got the pattern from enchanted learning (I just googled "tiny leprechaun hat pattern.")
I hid one hat and one shoe inside the trap and left the other shoes near the door and the other little hat near our sink.
They LOVED IT!!! )
